Two routes: the controls on screen for anything live, and one monitored inbox for the rest.
Happening right now, mid-call?
Use the screen, not an inbox. Report hands moderation the case with its context already attached; block cuts the connection to that person for good; next simply spins on. Email cannot outrun any of those.
Everything else: one inbox
[email protected] takes it all — questions, after-the-fact reports, account and payment matters, privacy requests, legal notices. People read it; nothing lands in an unattended queue.
- Reporting something
- Tell us when, what happened, and whatever identifies the other party — what they said, what was on screen. Calls are not stored, so your account of it is the record.
- Payments
- Date, amount, payment method. Never email a full card number.
- Privacy requests
- Name the right you are exercising — access, correction, deletion — and what identifies you. What we hold in the first place is on the privacy page.
- Copyright
- The four elements on the copyright page, complete. Partial notices bounce back for the rest.
What comes back, and when
A reply from a person, normally within a few working days. One standing exception to the order of the queue: reports involving minors are read first, before anything else.
No phone number, no ticket portal — the inbox is the front door. And check the privacy policy, terms and community guidelines first; most questions are already answered there.
