Legal

Terms of Service

Short, in plain language, and binding all the same — the agreement behind every spin on GoChatRoulette.

Effective

Agreement by use

These terms apply the moment you use GoChatRoulette. Disagree with them and the remedy is simple — close the tab. With no account required, there is nothing to unsubscribe from.

Eighteen, or older where required

The service is for adults: 18 in most places, older wherever local law sets a higher bar for a stranger video chat. Handing your access to a minor breaches these terms regardless of whose name is on anything.

What you are actually getting

A random pairing with one other person for a live video, voice or text conversation in the browser. Random means random: no promise of who appears, that anyone is online at a given hour, or that a given conversation goes anywhere. Either participant can end any call at any moment.

The rules you are agreeing to

The community guidelines are part of these terms. Condensed: no nudity, no harassment, no minors, no scams, no recording people without their consent. Violations can end access — with warning or without, scaled to severity.

What is yours stays yours

You are responsible for what your camera shows and your mouth says. Content you publish on the platform remains your property; you grant us only the licence needed to host and display it as part of operating the service. Publish nothing you lack the right to share.

Someone published your work without permission? The copyright page has the takedown route.

Money

Spinning and talking cost nothing. Paid features exist, each priced on screen before you commit. Purchases are final except where law or the specific product says otherwise. Fraud and chargeback abuse can cost you orders, features or the account itself. Prices and inclusions can change for future purchases — never retroactively for what you already bought.

How this ends

On our side: we may change, pause or retire parts of the service, and may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. On yours: stop using the service whenever you like, and close your account if you made one.

The legal ceiling

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent the law permits, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for other users' conduct. Where law forbids limiting a liability, that liability stands unlimited.
